Products & authenticity
We sell condition-checked Pokémon TCG singles. Listings describe condition, set, and grade as accurately as we can. Photos are of the item type for sale; graded slabs show the listed grade. Stock is limited and may sell out without notice.
Orders & payment
Placing an order submits a request, not an instant charge through our site. Payment is completed outside the platform using the method you select. We may contact you to confirm price, discounts, or payment details before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Pricing
Prices are shown in USD and may exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Custom deals or reductions may be agreed off-platform before payment is finalised.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful activity. Content and branding on TheNestTCG remain our property or that of their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company International).
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
